Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders are allowed for items ordered from www.PartyShelf.MakesParties.com (Main Party Store) only.  Other affiliated linked products cannot be included.

Schools, hospitals and government agencies may submit a valid Purchase Order.

Steps:

1. Obtain Purchase Order Approval for items wanted. For Vendor use the following:

2. Enter your order at www.PartyShelf.MakesParties.com.

3. Enter your Purchase Order information in the Comments section on the Shipping Form.

4. Fax Purchase Order form to 1-516-861-1033. Order cannot be processed until this fax is received.
